    when i was doing low carb I did all the time

    Now my snacks include the following:
    fresh fruit
    protein shake
    granola
    whole grain snacks
    macadamia nuts
    beef jerky

    I try to keep my "snacks" down to 100-250 calories per "snack"

    A basic week day now looks like this:

    8-9am: Syntha-6 with Unsweetened Silk Almond Milk 235 calories
    10-11am: handful of Yogi Granola Crisps (Cinamon Raisin) 120 calories
    12-1pm: Lunch consisting of lean protein and brown rice or 100% whole grain pasta ESTIMATED 450-500 calories
    3-4pm: Jack Links Beef Jerky 240 calories
    6-7pm: ABB Extreme Body 50 Protein Shake 240 calories
    8-9pm: Dinner consisting of lean protein and brown rice or 100% whole grain pasta 450-500 calories
    10-12am: Fruit 200-250 calories

    Somewhere between 1800-2100 calories a day depending on lunch and dinner serving size.

        Check out the beef, pork & turkey jerkey at Costco. It's is only $10-11 per lb and good stuff!

          I live in Iowa. Turkey season is cumming up, and I have tons of them to shoot. Last time i counted from the house was three groups 60-90 birds per group.

          I will also have access to home grown beef. We slaughter a few a year. A little late for deer, but i do have a little bit in the freezer yet.
