You acted like you have the whole "fitness" thing figured out, and while I have respect for triathletes (which I don't think you are yet if I remember correctly) since my good friend is one for UNT, it makes you good at three things. Running, swimming, and cycling. Tires. You said to train on an amatuer sports team, and I can guarantee you 100% that most of those guys are NOT gonna finish a triathalon, why? Because they don't train for that. For some peoples fitness goals, P90X, Crossfit, or whatever other "fad" workout (your words) could be what they're looking for. Tires. I'm sure you're not a douche in person like you are obviously on here, just like I'm not.

Other than crossfit, I have done some of those "fad" workouts and can tell you from somebody that has worked out a lot, and been a highschool athlete that the workouts aren't a joke. You're speaking out of ignorance and weren't willing to admit that. You actually seem to do that a lot.
