      My point still stands. Nothing in any of these new fad workout programs is new or worth spending any money on. You can get all of the information and exercises for free. Motivation has to come from within.

      What I take exception to is the "we invented the right way to do it philosophy." If being called out on that hurts you feelings, so you call me immature, fine by me. I still know the truth, and ultimately so do you.

      If you have trouble finding the hurt feelings form, let me know. I'll hold your hand and guide you to it.

          I think what's getting lost here is that this forum isn't for challenging other members to contests, it's here to educate and motivate people interested in bettering their fitness and nutrition.

          AnthonyS is just an upset fatty who lost some weight, and now thinks he's king ding a ling. Let go of the who's better than who mentality and you'll get a lot further in life. Just be better than you were yesterday, who cares how you compare to the rest of the world.

            One of the best things ive ever read in the pumpin iron subforum. Admittedly...i need to remember this one too. I'm somewhat overly competitive.

              Trust me, I know i'm guilty of it as well, but I guess I've come to a point in my life that betting myself is my only real concern. If I can help anyone in any way possible, just listening, sharing motivation ideas, etc, I'm all for it.

              I don't care if I can lift more than anyone else, or run faster/further than anyone else. I focus on am I lifting more than I was last time, or am I pushing myself harder than I did last time. I'm my only measure of growth, not anyone else.

                            Have you not caught on to who the odd man out is yet? Typically when you think everyone around you is wrong...it's time to re-asses and realize it's probably you. I've tried being civil about this but youre impossible man. I don't give a shit that you can run. We ALL can. Stop with the self righteous bull shit about how awesome you are because you've made progress and are still a fat ass. I don't care how good you are At practicing. Just give it the fuck up. You lose this argument. You havent even been training long enough to have real inputs and advice from what I can tell by your posts. Let people train how they want. Remember...you're still fat so you can't talk about your workout being better.

                                The odd man out on this site? In a lot of cases that is a compliment. And did you think I was trying to win an argument? No I wanted to see self proclaimed fitness gurus race, but a bunch of whiners turned it into an argument.

                                I know I"m not awesome. Guess what, you're not that awesome either.

                                It's funny how you said let people train how they want after spending a while telling me how I was doing it wrong and have no valuable input. That's pretty hypocritical any way you slice it.

                                Like I've said several times now, the real man thing to do would've been to say no thanks and move on. None of you could man up and pull that one off though could you?

                                If you were trying to be civil, you'd have said no thanks and that would've been it.

                                And I don't think everyone is wrong either. I just think crossfit, P90X, and other exercise programs don't translate well to racing.

                                And as for the best at practice comment. Stop channeling Allen Iverson. He is a tool. Racing isn't practice, it is a timed event. Practice is all the stuff I do between races. Crossfit is practice and just practice, and for what? Supposedly everything..... unless it happens to be a race..... right?

                                And it doesn't even matter how fat or slow I am. At least I'm man enough to make the starting line. Apparently I can DNF, and still beat all of you.
