Not because of the injuries, but just the flat out stupidity that anyone would think doing most of those "exercises" would result in anything but injury. Most of that stuff would be horrible for your back. No common sense. You're trying to get in shape by doing a bunch of shit that is almost guaranteed to hurt you. Brilliant.

Still scratching my head on the weighted band assisted pull up's. I bet the guy who came up with it is a certified CrossFit trainer with the obligatory bald head, beard, and poor personal hygiene.

Why the hell are they trying to do weighted pull ups, if they have to use a band to assist?? Crossfit is full of some stupid ass people. I like to do crossfit type workouts, but I don't believe in kipping pull ups, and I will not do overhead squats or other retarded moves.
