You crack me the fuck up, poopnut.
My experience is working with trainers both crossfit and not. What's yours?

..and by working, if you wanna exploit that word is working out with. I actually learned to oly lift from trainers that weren't crossfit which translated really well.

From what I can tell, you've jumped on the bandwagon of hating crossfit. That's fine. Hate it as much as you want. Again though, what do you have that's better?

We have a crossfit guy at my job. Real dumb ass and doesn't even know it. Brags about doing it for the past couple years. Started because women aren't attracted to out of shape men yet has been single before and after starting crossfit.

Not saying all are like that but this is my experience with it and if sad.

SS Junk is just mad about that time during DFWM fight club when I whipped his ass as a 175 pound 6'3" dude.

True, and while we are on the topic of poor form, dead lift has to be tops...it hurts my back to watch people dead lift in any given gym more times than not.

So I ask you which question you want answered that I was apparently dodging, you tell me, I answer it, and now I'm dodging the question? I think you might have a problem.

To SSJunk: Does working at a gym give me experience on what workout program is better? Yeah. At least more experience than you. I've seen personal trainers that did body building comps that have never done crossfit go from "Crossfit is dangerous." to "Crossfit is awesome.", actually one of them just competed in regionals this year. Me, personally going from back/bi day and chest/tri day to crossfit, I've gotten stronger and faster than ever before. I speak from experience. You speak from what background? None that I know of. I can tell you've never tried crossfit...that's one thing that I do know. So you speak from ignorance.
Try and stay focused, poopnut. My question is in regards to your claim of more idiots who simply do weights than do crossfit. You dodged that completely by issuing some vicarious example which again proves you were nothing more than a desk jockey.
The thing that I like most about Crossfit is the community. There are good crossfitters and there are bad crossfitters, but everybody encourages and tries to help one another. The "bad" crossfitters get weeded out pretty quick at a "box." The "holier than thou" attitude is no different than some dude asking "What do you bench?" It doesn't matter what scene you're in, there will be douchebags.

Much like you bragging how you benched 300lbs, but when told it doesn't really count unless you do an actual full range of motion rep, you went ape shit, said it didn't matter, made some lame excuse about injury because EURO TRAIN!

Sorry for the late reply. I've been held up by watching Breaking Bad finally. Awesome show by the way. Ruffdaddy, you're in better shape than the crossfit people you know. Cool. I know people that are in crossfit that are out of shape too. I also know people that are in crossfit that are in a lot better shape than me.
