Or that the only reason people talk shit about the crossfit idiots and/or don't do crossfit is because crossfit is too hard.

And what exactly is that picture supposed to prove? That crossfit bodies are better?
It's a picture forum so I posted a picture(it's just a picture of a hot chick faggot). I'm speaking from an actual experience on the idiot thing, not what I see on the internet. I will say that from a more well rounded fitness standpoint crossfit is better and more effective/efficient than traditional methodologies.

So it has no bearing on your argument? I mean you type this pouty response as if you're being picked on and then post some random chick which you have no idea if her fitness level is a direct result of crossfit to somehow aide in your piss poor argument? It makes no sense. Perhaps next time you do that you disclaim yourself by stating the pic is unrelated. Like this:
                Pic unrelated:

I too have a little bit of experience with different gyms and I can tell you without a doubt there are as many idiots that EURO TRAIN as there are who don't. I am talking about those who do the exercises just like they're supposed to, but also tell you exactly how they do them and how much better they are than traditional. However I have never met a more aggressive bunch to spread the gospel than those who EURO TRAIN

There's no argument. People like you that generalize an entire populus on the actions of few is retarded. I simply stated that I see more people that have no clue what they're doing outside of crossfit than inside of it. That would be a fact, not an opinion.

Yes, I generalize, but you don't cuz you're experienced. Got it. Fucking lol... How could you be experienced when you were nothing more than a desk jockey peddling shakes and towels?

Right. Because I have a counterpoint to your smug bullshit I'm bitter? Those emo replies of yours are really tugging my at my heart. This isn't the first time you've tried to preach how elite crossfit is compared therefore you can't sit there and honestly say you aren't one of those gospel preaching crossfit assholes. My question still stands, BTW.

This is your original question. The first question you typed for me in this thread.

And what exactly is that picture supposed to prove?
Is this the question you want answered? I would say that that picture proves that the crossfit methodology is proven. Do Crossfitters put Crossfit on a pedestal? Yeah, because it's something that we do and we enjoy it. Just like somebody saying that Mustangs are better than Camaros. Or that drag racing is better than drifting. I'm not even sure what question you're talking about to be honest. Do I believe in Crossfit? Yeah. I've done the usual workout routine. I like Crossfit for the lack of routine. Even normal gym goers will tell you that you need to switch it up to continue seeing results. Crossfit is constantly varied. Again, you haven't really asked a legit question pertaining to Crossfit. So far you've just been another douche behind a keyboard.

My apologies. I did not realize it was so easy for you to wander off to something else. Here is the question I am referring to:
How could you be experienced when you were nothing more than a desk jockey peddling shakes and towels?
Do you need a "quote=" to signify my screen name or do you think you can stay focused to know I am the one who asked?

PS I really enjoyed the crossfit sermon. See? Even unprovoked you'll go to whatever lengths to spread that EURO TRAIN gospel! I know what it's about, but since this is a public forum perhaps you can pick up some lost stragglers to follow in the path of crossfit righteousness?

PPS Here's another question, if I may- Didn't Adam have this same conversation with you while you were bending over backwards in trying to prove just how much better crossfit was than weightlifting and how ignorant everyone was that did not agree with you?

It doesn't suck at all, it works just like any other fitness program. But it is the scientology of fitness. Assigning different names to the same old movements and routines makes them totally different, you have my word on it because my name is L. Ron Hubbard!
