      You should, they are a great investment to anyone wanting to eat healthier.
      Just requires a little bit more time/effort(as does most anything good for you).
      You can also cook fish and chicken on it, thawed or frozen.

        That's awesome! I saw it the last time I was in Bed Bath &Beyond but I wasnt sure if it really worked that well..

          another great purchase for eating healthier is a rice cooker/steamer

          I bought this one and use it twice a week to make batches of rice. I haven't used it for steaming anything yet, but soon.





          Mine isn't red, but you get the picture.

            Yup, I love my rice cooker as well!
            I don't use it a whole lot, but it does a great job whenever I do break it out.
            Can't beat $20 either!
