Well its more of a routine question. I do not have time for a gym membership but do have a lot of workout equipment at the house. I like change and variety in working out(cross fit style) and not doing same things over and over. Trying to see if there is a specific site that has a way to input all equipment owned and get some workouts generated or get someone to line me out on a routine that is based around the things that I already have.

Crossfit mainsite (www.crossfit.com) has a new work out of the day (WOD) everyday. You have a fair amount of gear and can use the workouts on there as a baseline and modify as needed. A couple things; some work outs are desined to be heavier, don't do these if your form is off on things like squats, power cleans, snatches etc. You need to get proficient with your form before you start adding the intensity. Also try to do some days where you are doing a light work out geared towards metabolic conditioning (light weights, high reps, lots of gymnastic movements) and some days where you are doing heavier things. I'm a CF level one trainer.
