Obviously sleep is very important when it comes to building and recovery. But alot of times if I workout late i'm a bit wired for a few hours and am not getting enough sleep.
Over the counter sleep aids from walgreens always, and i mean always give me restless leg syndrome. I'll fall asleep with an hour and wake up in 3hrs with restless legs.
Any suggestions? Grayhorse?
my buddy says he takes Shut-Eye by Fusion. Anyone else have first hand experience?
