The only plus side to my diet so fat is I haven't had a "little Debbie" in over a week. I used to eat 2 every night before bed haha. All my calories have been grilled baked or broiled. No fried food.

May be a total coincidence but my Aldie have been alot better since I started eating clean too.

        I was a skinny dude myself- graduated high school 135lbs @ 6'3". Now I'm 215lbs.
Research GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) & get on a hard core squat centered program, sleep. YOU WILL BULK- gaining a good bit of muscle, a good bit of fat and your strength will sky rocket.
There are better (slower) ways to gain, again YOU WILL GAIN FAT, but no doubt will add size and muscle.

That was basically six meals. When I say basically, I fucked up. It is hard to space them out properly on 24 hr. duty. Plus, CSM and the bat commander did a full walk through of the barracks this morning, so we were doing crazy shit all night. I usually hit 6 meals per day.

At the end of the day, I am never happy with my diet or lifts because j walk away knowing there is something i could have done better.

Have to get it in where you can!
Regardless your overall nutrition seems to be on point.

The important part is to use that knowledge to improve your training and dieting in the future.

Really? I've always heard 1.5 times your body weight when trying to build muscle. That's only 1100 of his calories.

Not trying to argue, just trying to learn homie

                          Leave that to the Pros.

1 time is plenty for most gym rats.
