              I'm about 230 or so right now.
              Don't really have a set goal weight, just want to improve my diet and lean up more.

                pre-workout
                -whole grain oats 1/2 cup
                -xf up2.0

                post-workout
                -2 serving of bsn synthra-6

                lunch
                -whole grain oats 1/2 cup
                -xf up2.0

                snack
                -xf whey

                dinner
                -4oz skinless boneless chicken breast
                -small veggies

                165gms protein 125gms carbs 51 gms fat
                1,600 calories 7 days a week. This is the 3rd week of a 20 week diet...
