Right now, I only take fish oil and a men's multi-vitamin. I eat mostly greens & some fish. Not a lot of meat.
I'm interested in something that will help me lean more while adding some more muscle definition. I work out pretty routinely and see a lot of different options. I've heard good thing about muscle pharm products.
I don't want to spend a lot, don't want a lot of caffeine (or any if I can keep from it).
Looking for pre/post workout stuff. I realize this was pretty broad - I don't expect this to subsidize the work I do in the kitchen or in the gym, just want to see what results would look like on top of what I am already doing. I have never really taken anything before.
