Well, went in this AM. Did the sled after a warmup, about puked! It was close, went outside to the grass area, but didn't loose it!

Well, so far going to CrossFit just over 3 weeks, try to get in 4 times each week and still love it!

First class was July 9th, Thursday night I measured my gut, (around the belly button so I know it is the same spot each time) and I lost 3/4 of an inch!

Man, you really sweat your ass off in some of the classes, and can be sore for a couple days, but it is fun.

Class in 45 minutes, can't wait!

Still enjoying the hell outa CrossFit after just over 2 months into it! I know my endurance, as well as strength need work, but I can see some improvement in it since starting. Went in this morning, expecting the usual 3-5 other people in class with me, but I was alone! After seeing the workout scheduled, I know why, the gym posted something about it yesterday, so people knew better than to show up, LOL!

            "The Don"
            66 deadlifts (110 lbs)
            66 box jumps (24 inch)
            66 kettle bell swings (1.5 pood/53 lbs)
            66 knees to elbows
            66 situps
            66 thrusters (55 lbs)
            66 wall ball shots (20 lbs x 10 feet)
            66 burpees
66 double unders (or 198 regular jump ropes)

I was fucken beat, but did it in 95 minutes! The wall ball set really slowed me down, much more than I thought it would. I had to do a bunch of small sets to get 66 reps in. I know I have a ways to go still, but I can only get better if I go and try it.

I have gotten a pretty good handle on my sugars tho. I have a CrossFit program for my insulin pump, cranks up during the workout, then slowly backs down over several hours afterwards. My level today started at 70, ate a sugar pill, and started the WOD. Climbed up to 94 and stayed pretty level. Finished at 88

I saw this workout the other day and I have a weird feeling that it will be Mondays WOD. By the way, if you have trouble with double unders, which most people at my box seem to. Get your own jump rope. Size it for yourself and you'll see amazing results.

Sound like a money idea. Go to crossfit and take each workout and use them in your garage for your own crossfit class.

1/2 of the workouts posted on Crossfit.com couldn't be done by most people whether it be the movement itself or the weight assigned to the movement.

I did Crossfit at Crossfit Super Sport in NRH via a deal on Group-on and I have to say it was pretty nice. Did it for two months and was able to notice a difference in strength and also in my upper body. I just couldn't see myself spending the cash a month on it. I learned quite a bit and will slowly start to buy my own home equipment for it.
