Anyone take them? I've been trying them out the last week during my workout and noticed that I don't get tired near as quick, but then again it could be the placebo effect. I'm taking amino x by bsn and would like to know if I need to incorporate them into my supp rotation or not.

In my experience, adding aminos is like any other minor dietary change, such as adding a multivitamin. There won't be any immediate or significant changes, but it does help over the long term.
I'd say that DOMS is seemingly reduced, and doesn't last as long, but that is as much perception (placebo) as it is reality.
Aminos are still a good asset to any training regimen, much like the vitamin example, it's a way to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workouts. Any dietary deficit will absolutely affect progress.
