what are you taking? what do you suggest? i'm 24, pretty active, looking for a good multivitamin. prefer a once a day multi over something like animal pak.

currently taking centrum silver 50+ because i have a bottle and might as well use the rest of them before i switch to something else.

I'm taking One A Day Men's currently, but I usually get whatever's on sale at the time. I have yet to experience a marked difference between them in terms of well-being or general health.

Do something liquid. Way more powerful than a pill. Plus most have tons of potassium and calcium too. Ecodrink is one of them.

I'm having trouble finding it now, but I read somewhere that liquid vitamins is the only way your body can absorb the recommended daily amounts of various vitamins.

For the record, I take Orange Triad.

its like a 30% absorbtion vs. 95% absorbtion. I work for ecodrink and we sell a powder multivitamin. If anyone is interested i can hook you up with samples.

I also take Centrum silver but right now I'm sharing vitamins with my old lady. They're vitamins for dames. I've honestly been considering taking a pre-natal. Have you seen their contents? !

i think i just need to get to the store and read some labels. i'm looking for 100% DV or less.

a lot of these multis seem to have way more doses than the DV, and couple that with some of the vitamins i'm getting from food already, just seem like too much.

for example, this centrum silver i have. i know it's for 50+ yoa, so maybe older people need the extra? idk. just going to stop taking them now and switch up.

you aren't absorbing all of it anyway.

i agree. you said liquid has a general absortion rate of 95% compared to a rate of 30% with pills (i assume)

do you know of any credible sources off the top of your head that you could link that proves these claims? or is it just something you've heard?

genuinely curious. if that's the case i would prefer a liquid or powder obviously.
