Ive been doing some sledgehammer stuff at home in place of cardio(hate it) and it does help. I cheaped out though so far, 16# sledge and a old tire I had laying around. It would be nice to have the adjustable weight one to add more as you go. He has some cool stuff, just wish I had a welder at the house to build the same stuff for much less, lol.
