Ridiculous. I speculated that it would be a 5k for time followed by AMRAP Fran in 12 minutes, guess I wasnt to far off on the Fran lol. We decided that you would need a sub 4 minute fran to even make it to the second stage. Our closest competition guy made it to 83 (with three chest to bar no reps)

Those chest to bar pull ups were hard as shit. I finished the first round around 1:10 mark and thought I was cruising along and then hit a wall before the second set of thrusters were done. I was only at 55 at the end of 4 minutes so I kept going and did an 8 minute amrap and still only got to 87 by the 8 minute mark.

That WOD was brutal! The open was fun, but glad its over lol between doing my normal workouts, the open workouts, judging and putting in as much time as possible getting my intern hours done things were getting pretty hectic. Back to my normal Crossfit life. Think the games will be pretty exciting this year for sure!

Just did Fight Gone Bad for 3 rounds. Had 263 reps. Got home and looked up scores that are considered good and found 350+ is considered very respectable. Goddamn. Box jumps are definitely my weakness in the workout.
