I only got to 198. Definitely misjudged the wall balls. I was trying to pace myself to finish around 10 minutes so I had 2 minutes to do the double unders and it took me almost 11 minutes to finish. So I didn't get done with the double unders. I will try again Sunday.

I did it similar to Samantha Briggs, pull up style. No false grip ect. I hated not being able to do the muscle ups on rings in the 13:3. It was mentally deflating knowing I couldn't continue because I just couldn't do it. Monday I went in with a goal to do it. I felt like I was king after completing one.Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!

I did about 5 before the workout. This was after "Cindy" 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats. My grip is so wide because my arms are so long. The first few were cleaner, I was beat here. Just wanted to try it once more.
To answer your question, yes. This was the first time I've done a ring muscle upDoing enough racing for 99% of the board!
