    This WOD is actually a married WOD...it has the 7 minutes if burpees and the 10 minutes of snatches (hence the 17 min cap).

    While some crossfit workouts seem basic and can be done at home, like TINKRD said, being a member is more than that. Theoretically you're getting nutritional advice, proper programming and community. You're also getting that competitive push.

    And this WOD is gonna suck lol I'll be doing it Saturday morning. I'm more of an endurance guy than a strength guy, I have no idea how those heavy snatches are gonna work out for me

        Did you get your official submission in? How'd you do? We just did it for our WOD today and I hit 106 reps rx. Fucking brutal workout.

          I redid it and got 130. Met my goal of completing the 135# snatches

                Awesome dude. I failed at life at this WOD, I had never snatched 135 before this WOD and managed to get it up 4 times. Was still pissed though

                  I sucked it up, 128. Went about it all wrong JP, I never work out in the am. Thought it would be better if I did. Didn't work in my favor.

                  13.2 looks good, push press is my favorite.

                  10 minute amrap
                  5 push press
                  10 dead lifts
                  15 24" box jumps
                  Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!

                    The weights on this one are so light it's void. It's going to be about just going balls out for 10 mins. I suck at box jumps just bc I'm a whole lot of man.

                      I should kill this wod, My goal is 10 rounds, that's cause I'm strong at all of these movements. Good luck man..let me know how you do.

                        What's the Rx weight?

                            165 reps this a.m. box jumps slowed me down as expected. went unbroken on everything. no technique w/ this one, just balls out for 10 min's. gonna do it again sat and hopefully i can muster up 170 reps.

                            good # for the guys with descent strength and are good at box jumps seems to be avg around 200-220 reps.
