I only got to 198. Definitely misjudged the wall balls. I was trying to pace myself to finish around 10 minutes so I had 2 minutes to do the double unders and it took me almost 11 minutes to finish. So I didn't get done with the double unders. I will try again Sunday.

I did it similar to Samantha Briggs, pull up style. No false grip ect. I hated not being able to do the muscle ups on rings in the 13:3. It was mentally deflating knowing I couldn't continue because I just couldn't do it. Monday I went in with a goal to do it. I felt like I was king after completing one.

Was that your first one? Congrats man, its a great feeling getting up there. Yeah that was the first thing I noticed (your grip), you also have the rings pretty far out from your body including all the way through your press out, your transition is also kinda crazy lol. Pretty cool though I may try it like that. I've only recently done a muscle up and I did it strict, but with a false grip. I also kept those rings super close. The transition is where I lose it, I need a more efficient transition

I did about 5 before the workout. This was after "Cindy" 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats. My grip is so wide because my arms are so long. The first few were cleaner, I was beat here. Just wanted to try it once more.

To answer your question, yes. This was the first time I've done a ring muscle up

Not games related but holy shit being 225-240lbs depending on the day sucks in this sport. Today we did 21-15-9 deadlifts and squats at body weight and ring dips. Today has really made me want to start dieting. I'm fucking beat.
