    LOL my max DL is only 320 so I'm hoping it has nothing to do with deadlifts really. I'm suspecting that we will see double unders and handstand pushups here soon

      Fuck both of those! I need to buy a speedrope and work on my rhythm for DU's, and at my weight and skill level, I can do like 5 HSPU's. My deadlift is 425. My very basic O-lifts are my only strength.

                I'm gonna learn, I can do a bar muscle up pretty easy. Just need the form for the other.

                  13.3 Fuuuuuuuuuuu. I've done one muslce up before. This WOD is brutal. Two of our top athletes got 12 and 14 muscle ups. I'm just hoping for one

                    Ring MU's are all about the transition. That being said, I can't do one. Lol

                    So aiming goal is to finish the wall balls and DU's. first crack at this is in the a.m.

                      Truth. You have to get that explosive hip movement at the transition. I actually did it strict when I managed to get up there, Will be practicing and executing this WOD on Saturday. Wish it was bar muscle ups, I can crank out a bunch of those. Good luck man, kick some ass!

                        Haha! Fuck this workout. I'm sure we'll do it Monday for our WOD. I'll be lucky to get half way through the double unders. Good luck guys.

                            Stuck at 220 reps tonight, now my goal is 240. I did the wall balls at 7:57, kinda had a decent pace for the first 85, after that slowed down.

                              Not even attempting. Our gym does the games WODs on thurz. I canceled my thursday night class and am doing a normal wod at 7:15am tomorrow. Fuck I should go to sleep.

                              I have rings in the shop I can make a fool of myself on.

                                that chick is a beast. I live in the middle of no where, but if I had a crossfit gym nearby I'd love to give it a shot.

                                There was a time I could do muscle ups on rings or a bar. All about momentum.
