i have a torn rotator cuff and im wondering how to not hurt myself.the rotator cuff was torn when i was 11 or so i was riding a 10 speed bike with only the front brake and rigged to only work in top gear i was riding down a hill and a car pulled out i wasnt able to stop or go around and hit the side of the car and went over the hood and landed on my shoulder.well i was workin out with 190lbs 10X4 sets and my shoulder was actin up so i stopped and wanted to know of a way to build the muscle up so my shoulder would stop tryin to dislocate.just lookin for ideas thanks in advanced
