My legs are always really tight even though I stretch everyday. Are there any supplements that I could take that work?

Systemic enzymes which include papain, chymotrypsin, amylase and serrapeptase could help. Serrapeptase is a key as it eats up scar tissue.
Make sure you are getting enough hydration.
