I feel kinda weird when I leave in the morning with all the crap I take with me. Is this normal for anyone els or is just me? I work out roughly 5 days a week sometimes more if its a lighy workout.
Any tips would be nice, thanks.

Muscle Pharm Protien 52g protein drink with coconut water
9:00
Spark drink
11:00
Zone Bar or Kind bar
12:30-1:00
MP Protiene 52G
Turkey or Fish
3:30
Kind Bar and Spark drink
6:30 work out and one last MP 52G drink.
Dinner, light healthy something....
