I purchased a bunch of beef from hienz on the board, so beef is readily available; Im going to pick up a bunch of chicken tomorrow. So minimize the carbs? I have cut out sodas and am trying hard to rid the rest of my sugars;
no bread either. As far as salt goes, I know this is a vague question, but when do I know what is the right amount of salt? I do not eat tv dinners or any bullshit thag has salt in it; I do add a bit of salt t my beef, though. I appreciate the advice, sir.

30 day paleo diet. It's a healthy way to eat, fairly easy to do, and you'll not just lose 5lbs, but you'll lose 5+lbs in pure body fat. Basically it's meat, veggies, nuts, and some fruits. No bread. That way your body uses fat as energy instead of carbs. Look it up. ^ Thanks for the advice. I actually started the Paleo diet 2 days ago. Im am going to post a thread near before going back to meps. So far, I have been really bitchy and a bit more hungry. I need to be packing in more calories. Did my 30-day 1-1-1 today; did 47 pushups, 35 situps and a mile in 6:47. When I started my cardio two weeks ago, it took me near 19 mins for 2 miles!
