Look up a power lifters bench workout low reps heavy weight in a pyramid type of sets
Example. I usually hit 10, 10, 8, 8, 3-5, 2. Back down to 8-10 reps 7-8 sets in one bench workout.....make sur you decline press flat bench. Include dumbbell work on none chest workouts. I hit chest twice week no more....make sure you wear proper training gear. Wrist wraps,belt, bench shirt if your training for competition lifting.
Make sure you include long pause at the bottom of chest to really exhaust your chest.
