I did 405 to lockout a little while back. Did it again today and think that I might be able to go a little higher if I don't do too many reps of other weight before hand. At some point I'd like to hit 500lbs but I have no time frame of when I want to do it. I'll just keep working out and hopefully I'll get stronger.
Right now I really wanna get my power clean and front squat higher. I did 205lbs power clean to front squat today after deadlifts and when I tried 225 I just wasn't feeling the explosiveness to get the weight up clean.
This is all strapless BTW. I might need to invest in some.
