      I've started to do level 3 workouts as much as possible. If it's body weight stuff I'm usually very good, but the Olympic lifts are still a challenge to me since I have rather weak legs.

      Yesterdays LuRong... I see it, and since it's almost all body weight, I shoot for level 3.

      AMRAP 25 minutes:
      25 Calorie Row
      100 Double Unders
      80 KBS (53/35)
      100 Air Squats
      60 Push-ups
      100 Double Unders
      40 Abmat Sit-ups
      100 Walking Lunge Steps
      20 Burpees

      I finished a full round and got to 13 calories on the row at 25 minutes. I could have pushed myself a little harder, but those air squats killed me. Also, there is no fucking way I could do 53# kettle bell swings for 80 reps, so I knocked it down to 35

      Very fun workout.

        ^Nice man! Yeah I did that yesterday @ Rx, made it half way through the second set of D/Us. Was pretty pissed, my head wasnt in it yesterday, should have done way better. Good WOD though, really gotta get more efficient at my D/Us though. I think I'm going to get one of the rogue speed handle ropes, I used my buddies rope and that thing swings very nicely

          I'm sure if I was swingin' that 53#'er I wouldnt have finished.

          It put me in such a good mood I came home and did a fair amount of work on my rings.

            Hahaha honestly I had a harder time with the push ups. Took me about the same amount of time to do both. I want to get a garage set up too, so I can do stuff like that. Would be nice to be able to just go out to the garage on those busy days

              Did that earlier this week. I made it to about 60 or so lunges. The second set of double unders screwed me up, I couldn't string them together worth a shit.

                google search "cliff lewis muscle up" There is a video of my wifes brother doing a MU workout at the cf games last year. I think that he came in 2nd place in the masters. He owns crossfit heath.

                    I kicked Fran's ASS last night with a new PR from 3:59 (August 27) to a blistering 2:36!!!

                    Set a new PR for front squat from 270 to 315 tonight...

                    Needless to say I'm having am awesome week this far!

                        Thanks Justin, sometimes I feel like I'm getting in a plateau and need these benchmarks to reassure me I am still making progress.

                          2:36 is pretty goddamn impressive! Well done! Nice front squat max as well. I'm trying to get my maxes up as of lately as well. Been stuck at 425 on deadlift and 225 on powerclean for a few weeks now. My nutrition has sucked balls the past couple of weeks though so I think it might be that.

                              Also, Crossfit HQ filmed my box doing "Fight Gone Bad" and its on their main page right now. I got to Crossfit 817 in Keller, the box is huge.
