      We did Whitman Benchmark Monday...
      7 rounds (30 minute time frame)

      15 KB 53 pounds
      15 power cleans 95 pounds
      15 24" box jumps

      Got it done in 16:48, it was tough. I am getting stronger!!

            Badass man, those bitches are hard. Ive gotten to where I can do them like that on the bar (not many), but not on the rings. They (city) are supposed to be putting in a bar at the station so we can hang our rings high enough, cant wait to try again. Where do you workout at?

              Crossfit South Forney, It's a small box with about 70 members (active members). I wanted to learn how to do these and we had the same situation with the other work station, it just wasnt built for doing muscle ups or using rings that high.

              I told the coach I could build one so we did.

                I've never been a good runner. A couple months ago I would have been hard pressed to run a mile under 10 min without walking.

                Ran a PR 8:28 mile today.

                        Wait, I'm wrong.

                        Seeing this picture, made me search for a video I saw about 2 months ago with a ridiculously high box jump. I saw "58" new record", and immediately believed whatever the internet told me.

                        Here's the video I was looking. Your 50" is incredibly impressive, and I'm not trying to one up you, but this is just bad ass.

                          third post in a row.. yikes.

                          tonights WOD was "vapor"?

                          I did level two which was
                          AMRAP 12 minutes
                          8 Jump Over Box (20/16)
                          8 HR Push-ups
                          8 Hanging Power Snatches (65/45)

                          Level three was 10 reps and HPS's at 95, which I couldnt maintain, although the 65# was pretty light.

                          I did 6.3 sets in 12 minutes. good workout, could have done a bit more on HPSs.

                            Yes that guy is a BAD ASS!!!

                            The way I see it, I can only improve what i do. I wish I had more energy, every week at the end I am beat. I have been doing muscle ups every day this week improving form. This pic was after the wod last night. 4 rounds of 400 with 20 broad burpees in between.


                            Congrats on your dedication, it takes alot to do this shit.

                                We are competiting in the toys for tots at west Plano Crossfit in November. Today we did all three wods. I did 76 pull-ups in two minutes. This was after we as a three man (co-Ed) team did 135 pound hang to overhead for 8 minutes. My goal is to do 100 before competition.
