          Which one is that? In Rockwall? We're going to te toys for tots one in Plano in Novemer, the 10 I believe.

          We're doing that one in tomorrow.

            1RM totals today to be used over the next 4-6 weeks (% of max workouts )

            405 DL / 345 squat / 165 press = 915 total.

            Highest total was a 1015. Im second on the list and the next closest totals were two 825s.

                  39:59, only person in my box to rx and finish. 40:00 time frame

                    Yea, screw a bunch of that.
                    Kinda ruins the wod for the non-comp guys. Like tuesday was just 7 minutes of thrusters. What a waste. IMO.

                    I enjoy the fuck out of this, even to the point I bought rings to hang in my shop to to improve on ring dips (and ring pushups/row/pullups), but I don't enjoy it enough to do this damn challenge.

                      I enjoy it so much I built a 40ft long 9ft tall and 5ft wide work station at our box for cost of materials . I'll post a pic in a few

                        Today was a ladder WOD

                        1 Handstand Pushup
                        1 power clean
                        2 HSPU
                        2 PC
                        3 HSPU
                        3 PC

                        Building for 8 minutes.

                        I did the RX HSPU's with a 45lb plate stacked on a 25lb plate with an "ab mat" to cushing my head.

                        I finished 7 rounds, and was more exhausted than I've been in a few weeks.

                              I thought I was going to die. 23 rounds plus 5 is where I finished. I was completely exhausted at the end. I was at round 12 at the 10:00 minute mark. My endurance was falling at the end. Had to run a mile after that, 8:40.
