1RM totals today to be used over the next 4-6 weeks (% of max workouts )
405 DL / 345 squat / 165 press = 915 total.

Today was a ladder WOD
1 Handstand Pushup
1 power clean
2 HSPU
2 PC
3 HSPU

Building for 8 minutes.
I did the RX HSPU's with a 45lb plate stacked on a 25lb plate with an "ab mat" to cushing my head.
I finished 7 rounds, and was more exhausted than I've been in a few weeks.DE OPPRESSO LIBER

I thought I was going to die. 23 rounds plus 5 is where I finished. I was completely exhausted at the end. I was at round 12 at the 10:00 minute mark. My endurance was falling at the end. Had to run a mile after that, 8:40.

Fuck my life today, this one was rough! We did max unbroken reps 75% body weight dead lifts before the WOD as well. Will be feeling this in the morning
