    Then thats a pretty solid time then, I havent timed yet but i very fit buddy of mine said his time was over the 4:30 mark. I gonna try it next shift.

      I just did it this morning,,,,, 3:59 is a solid fucking time dude. Just out of curiosity whats your stats (weight,height)? I got 5:20 this morning. Im pretty disapointed in that time, prob try again when I havent had jameson and coke the night before

        6ft, I weigh 190. I wouldn't say 5:20 was a bad time by any means. My biggest advantage is my endurance. That's where it's at, the ability to keep pushing even when your dead tired. I fell off the bar with one pull up left at 3:44, I hit the ground hard, I had to pick myself back up and jump back up and do one more pull up.

        Keep in mind I go a minimum 5 days a week. I push myself hard everyday, I leave nothing on the table.

          July 1, I front squatted 225 max
          July 31, worked out with 225
          August 23, I maxed at 315. Two reps with room to grow.

            You've got about 15 lbs on me. I'm not satisfied with my time, I'll give it another go around on my afternoon workout instead of morning. See how it goes, can only go quicker from here.

                Yea a few, but I'd have to get new times. I used to time myself but then the timing fell to the wayside. The most recent one I timed was the 50 pull up/ 100pushup = in 3:40 which I know I can improve on, and did 24 rnds on the Christie. I pretty much just mash different wods together and make my own.

                  Cindy results

                  CINDY - 20 MIN AMRAP
                  5 pull ups
                  10 push ups
                  15 air squats

                  I thought I was going to die. 23 rounds plus 5 is where I finished. I was completely exhausted at the end. I was at round 12 at the 10:00 minute mark. My endurance was falling at the end. Had to run a mile after that, 8:40.

                                Another killer week in the books, we did Filthy 50 on thursday for my Bday work out and modified it to 32 reps. I love this shit.
