I just did it this morning,,,,, 3:59 is a solid fucking time dude. Just out of curiosity whats your stats (weight,height)? I got 5:20 this morning. 6ft, I weigh 190. I wouldn't say 5:20 was a bad time by any means. My biggest advantage is my endurance. That's where it's at, the ability to keep pushing even when your dead tired. I fell off the bar with one pull up left at 3:44, I hit the ground hard, I had to pick myself back up and jump back up and do one more pull up.
Keep in mind I go a minimum 5 days a week. I push myself hard everyday, I leave nothing on the table.Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!

CINDY - 20 MIN AMRAP
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
I thought I was going to die. 23 rounds plus 5 is where I finished. I was completely exhausted at the end. I was at round 12 at the 10:00 minute mark. My endurance was falling at the end. Had to run a mile after that, 8:40.Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!
