  • what supplements are you taking?

    As I am back into my workout routine, it's time to get some supplements.

    What are you taking? (my goal is to get lean/drop some more weight)

    I figure....

    good multivitamin
    creatine

    what else?

    fish oil
    vitamin c
    green tea extract
    melatonin if I'm having trouble sleeping

                          I work out about 5-6 times a week at 1-1.5 hours. Im just trying to get into some kind of shape, other than round!
