Since starting my new job that's more physically strenuous than ones I've had in the past and coupled with no set break/lunch times (eat what you can when you can) I've found myself out of energy a few times. What are some foods that can keep someone going for a while? The schedule is 530a-6p and there's no such thing as time to cook, so it's either got to be prepared before hand (should be able to stay refrigerated for no more than 7 days) or take ~1m to heat up in a microwave.
