Lol....definately not an average sized person....

The best way I can describe my build is Brock Lesnar type upper body (mainly in the shoulders/traps/general size), powerlifter legs, and Rory "Big Country" Nelsons' midsection (before he dropped weight) lol. So...mostly tank lol

I'm 226, I was 255 six months ago. I eat 230gs of protein a day and it's HARD. I don't do a lot of shakes so, most of my daily protein is with egg whites. I separate the yokes myself. My measurements are: Neck 16", chest 48", arms 18.5" and a waist of 32", thighs 29" this is at 6'4". At 255 my body fat was 20%, now I'm around 14%. I don't feel as strong at the gym
but I don't sweat as much and I have more energy. In my opinion, you need to get down to a healthy weight before you do anything else. A 52" waist is a good indication you're holding too much belly fat. That, itself, is very detrimental to your health.

Measure straight across your belly button and post up. Even at 49, you are gonna be over 30%, regardless of your muscle mass underneath.
