I have been hitting the gym now for right at a month. I have been noticing that when doing shoulder exercises, that I have a ratcheting small poping feeling in my shoulders. I have 0 pain that accompanies it. I notice it with most any shoulder exercise and some back and chest exercises. I was thinking arthritis, but I have 0 pain. Any one have any ideas? I would like to address this before it becomes something major.
