My 12 and 13 yr old sons have expressed an interest in getting a weight set and working out here at home.
Any advice on how to get them started the right way, what equipment is good to start with on a limited budget, etc?
I tried a search and didnt find any good threads for noobs. Thanks for any words of wisdom.
