    So, ive been seeing this stuff all over Facebook and even my coworker is selling it. Anyone know anything about it? Gimmick? Scam? Tits?
    My job is relatively physically demanding. Just looking for an easy way to drop a few lbs.
    My coworker has truly lost alot of weight.

    It's pretty good for women.

    I would NOT recommend soy protein for men though...

        It's not terrible, just not the most efficient type of protein is all.


        Here are some facts for you:

        Type of Protein : Biological Value Rating(basically absorption...The higher the BV (biological value), the more amino acids and nitrogen your body is retaining from the foods you eat. In sum, it becomes a way to measure the potential for quality muscle growth and strength).

        Whey: 106-159
        Egg: 100
        Cow's Milk: 91
        Fish: 83
        Casein: 80
        Beef: 80
        Chicken: 79
        Soy: 74
        Wheat Gluten: 54
        Kidney Beans: 49

        Soy is not the most biological available source for optimal anabolic muscle growth. If you were to finish a workout, you would want to ingest some high quality whey protein vs. soy proteins.
        However, simply having soy doesn't mean it's bad for bodybuilding unless you are getting a majority of your protein from soy products. Then it's not optimal.
        You'd also need to ingest quite a bit on a daily basis for any negative effects of soy to manifest(such as the production of estrogen in men).

          It is excellent for dropping weight without feeling like shit. I'm not sure of your current diet or exercise, but some people feel like shit when they change up their diet to something healthier.

          I've been substituting my dinner with one, as often as I can. One thing to remember, and this is crucial. Your stomach will shrink. You will want to make sure you don't stuff yourself with breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Allow your stomach to shrink and eat small meals more often.

          I'm 33, so my metabolism has tanked. This is why I felt I didn't need a bunch of calories, fats, or carbs for dinner. I also don't have time to work out anymore.


          My friend is distributing this stuff. He has cut down very, very well. He's also very committed in the gym, though.


          EDIT: I don't like the flavor packets they send with the stuff. It reminds me of muscle milk. I prefer chocolate almond milk and PB2.

            Is this stuff supposed to clean u out? I just drank my first shake this morning and I'm debating on putting a diaper on.

              But seriously...it has quite a bit of fiber in each serving.
