      haha noo not a 100 pounds. a 100 day program.

      If i lost a 100 pounds id be a twig. 176 right now. Ill post up some pics tonight I aint scared to show my flab.

        Yeah I don't mind if mine are posted up either. Will give me more motivation seeing everyone make fun =P lol. And 176? Doubt you have much flab at all lol. At 185 I am showing ribs. 190 is about my target point. Currently 221

          Haha man I'm fat at 176. Being 5'6 sucks,and a year off with a.bum shoulder equals no muscle just fat.

              Haha I am 5'11. People usually don't believe me when I say I am 220lbs. I tend to hold my weight a little good lol. I am a bigger build also, which I want to take advantage of and get some buffness lol.

                  Ok dont laugh. actually i dont care. im fat and out of shape.

                  Can you spot arm that had the shoulder surgery june 15th 2010.

                  I've been working out a few months now as well. First trip to the gym rocking the bar. Now pushing 135 on bench, my other lifts have went up as well. I should pay more attention to the wheels, For now im trying to strengthen my arms, chest,back as much as possible. These areas cause me the most trouble.

                  Come on kids dont be shy. Im not even playing just here for the ride.

                    I'm not shy, I know I need to push myself harder... I'm far from my goal,but I'll get there..sooner or later!

                    Weight:116.5lbs
                    Goal- Lean up and tone up(A LOT)

                            To be honest my goal right now is to build muscle to support my crappy joints. If i loose some weight in the process good. Im still going to eat my 2300 calories a day. I actually should prob eat more, just better foods to help reach my goal.

                            I am flexible and stretch all the time. But i still have problems with tennis elblow/knee's/shoulders and so on.

                            I've been checked out by the docs and they all say im fine. So i figured why not start working out and see what happens. Ive never worked out in my life until a few months ago.

                            Just something new. I need a vice, I dont do drugs, rarely drink and quit smoking in July.

                                I don't think you're as far off as you're claiming but best of luck to getting there!!
