So in January I decided to start focusing on losing weight. Since then I have lost 20lbs almost but my strength has drop along with my weight. I went from pumping out 4-5 reps at 315 bench to struggling to get one assisted 315. How can I get my strength back yet maintain my weight loss plan? I went from 220 to 203. Funny thing, my curls and tri's have stayed strong if not stronger.
