  • Currently the best protien powder?

It has been a while since I bought protein, but my 16 yoa is wanting some protein powder for mass.

Greg, or others, what is the "powder du jour"?

I like syntha 6, isopure, or dymatize iso 100. Its also important to eat the right protiens through out the day

I haven't used anything but syntha 6 for a few years now. I used to change it up a lot, but they have it down pretty well. Great flavor, mixes well

        I've used 2 so far
Synthia 6 can be chugged. It's fairly watered down when mixed, but has a weird aftertaste
Myofusion is what I have been taking the last couple of months. It's thicker when mixed, but tastes pretty good. I also mix a scoop in with my oatmeal for breakfast.

VPX stealth is good and lately I've been using dymatiz iso 100. Just good ones for flavor, ease of use and effectiveness.

Just ordered some of the Dymatize ISO100.

                Thanks Greg.

there's nothing wrong with a protein concentrate. they are usually cheaper. as far as protein just find something you like the taste of. don't think to much into it, as long as its a reputable brand. you should be getting all of your protein from your diet anyways. get some egg whites to mix in with your protein shakes as well for a little extra kick.

Isolates are the best. The ISO100 is the most popular here, the SRO above is cheaper though.
