Academy has them on display and i think you can even try them out. Walmart has them too but they're usually up on a shelf where you can't turn them on or anything.

If you need a recommendation...my daughter recently bought one at walmart. I'm 198 lbs and it's sturdy. Dont go too cheap on one cause you'll hate running on it.

No offense, but look forward to it becoming an exterior closet. It's far better to just get into the habit of going to the gym or running in the neighborhood than it is to own a treadmill. It's far too convenient therefore the motivation it takes to use it is not there. Sounds dumb, but it's the gospel truth.
