  • Trouble sleeping!

    I am taking Friction Pre workout, and my workouts have been insane! I drink it around 3:00 and I am at the gym by 4, I got to bed by 9, so that is 6 hrs. I had this same issue with jack 3d. I have dymatize gaba, that I can take, but I am not taking it right now due to the fact I have trouble getting up at 3 am. What can I do? I have some shit I picked up from GNC that will help, but I am already taking more then enough pills, right now. Can someone help me? I look like a damn crack head, my eyes are red, and I am starting to look like shit in front of my customers.

        Works for some, I wouldn't touch that crap anymore. But when I was a gym rat, I'd smoke before bed and get a great 8-9 hours.

          I have had good results from a couple of tea spoons of organic apple cider vinegar added to a couple ounces of water. I get sleepy within two hours and have crazy dreams a few nights a week. The dreams are supposed to be from the vinegar raising HGH levels.
          I also take melotonin and theanine with the vinegar/water. Been doing this for a while. I prefer natural over presciption meds.
