I am about to drive all over the state, 6 days a week. What are some heathly snacks or things to eat while on the road? I can't find any healthy stuff at gas stations or fast food places.

fresh fruit/veggies. you might have to pop into a gas station, but munching on carrots is WAY better than munching on chips!

granola bars, vitamin water and an ultimate cheeseburgerOriginally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. Jerky is high in sodium, but it's low fat and full of good protein.
I get Big Johns (get the Fiery BBQ, it's the best).
A decent granola or trail mix is also good (skip the chocolate though and try and go unsalted).
When I'm travelling I make PBJ sammiches (do the 1/2 fold over, less space for it to squeeze out). Use all natural PB (so the ingredients should be peanuts and salt) and it's far healthier than the ones with sugar in them.

That's easy to get but I'm looking for some special snacks those can be used to
eat for preworkout.
I'm curious.
