    man anybody ever had this problem any supps i can take to help out? everytime i go to working out my legs my hamstrings start cramping. I can run a mile or 2 no problem and my hams wont cramp but once I do anything that puts strain on them they start cramping.

      I would also suggest getting a good stretch in first.

          Yeah i do a good stretch well whatever the p90x does before a workout for legs I don't know what it is but I've been eating a lot of bananas so I have no clue

            From what I understand, cramps typically come from a lack of hydration. Hydrate before you workout. Running, unless you're sprinting doesn't really put much strain on your hamstrings. If you're not use to doing resistance training on your legs, they might fuck with you a bit. Go light weight high rep, then work your way to higher weight with lower reps. Definitely have to stretch before leg workouts as well.

              warm up a bit then stretch, never stretch a cold muscle
