I used runkeeper last year. It worked well. I have since moved to Garmin connect. They have a decent phone app and it allows me to view and edit my Garmin GPS workouts from my phone.

I liked it, but hated dragging my iPhone around and no heart monitor. You have to put it on your forearm or carry it in your hand if you're trying to track your progress, keep pace or stay in a specific heart rate zone and I had problems with the GPS jumping around on me. The coaching ap and voice prompts/notifications are damn cool, though!

I went to the Garmin 305, which I upload to the Garmin Connect site complete with heart rate, graphs, elevation, avges, etc.

I really don't work out lol :\ pretty much all I do is run, and throw in some push ups and crunches every now and then.
But yeah, I'm in that same area. Been going to No Frills for like 12 years.

I use this. Its free. It displays speed, distance, and saves a map of your route. You can change the display to show you whatever you want... Distance, speed, pace. Pretty cool free app.
