I can only go once a day, due to my job hours, but I hit it hard everyday. I do cardio 5 days a week, I run 2 miles, twice a week, and I am on the stair stepper for the other 3 days at 40 minutes. Does this sound like enough? I am trying to keep my weight in check, and simply grow in muscle. The other body builder guys only do one day of cardio at 20 minutes. Am I over doing it?
Lots of guys will tell you are, but they don't have the same genetic structure as you or I.
I actually do the stair mill 6 days a week, but for only 10 mins a day, more so like HIIT and it has worked wonders with my body in the last 2 years.
My partner for example does ZERO cardio ever, but I am quite a bit leaner than him, just like he is quite a bit larger than I am(I'm 6/4 at 240, he's 5/8 at 265).
Different strokes for different folks, you just have to find what works best for you and your body type.

i'm not telling anyone what to do here, but why get on drugs if you are already injured? what is your current weight/height. no offense, but your numbers indicate you still have some room to grow naturally not to mention your body will thank you for letting it heal. i've known a lot of folks who have hurt themselves on P/H's and they were fine going into it, going into it injured seems like a recipe for disaster.

I did ok, I was at 80% yesterday on my BP, but my deadlift was down. I am going to go 80% this week, and then go back to 100% tomorrow. I have been stuck in this same weight bracket for several months now, is why I am opting to go with some stronger PH's.

well do what makes you happy, i just hate seeing folks get on these p/h's and then start believing they "need" them. i am by no means at my maximum potential (too interested in staying lean), but i am 27, 6', ~185lbs, bench 315 for reps (sets of 5-7), d/l 495+, don't do super heavy squats due to my knees but still do sets of 315-365 for reps, and no idea on max leg press (have no idea what the sled weighs). this isn't me bragging as I am nowhere near as strong as a lot of guys on this forum, or in the gym, etc (or even as strong as i used to be), but i don't use any drugs, i live a healthy lifestyle, stay pretty lean year round, etc. i hope you are getting regular blood screens and doing proper PCT's (no OTC stuff).

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and props to you. I get checked after every cycle, and I always check out perfect. I do clomid with a test booster to help restore myself. This is the first time, I am taking a test booster with a cycle. Chest day isn't until thursday, and I felt good today, I had to do a lot of lifting at work, and it seemed fine. My injury was very mild, just some numbness. If you are having trouble with your knees look into cissus q. I take it, and my best friend had knee issues a month ago. He bought a bottle, and is able to max out on his squats now, with no pain. It is some amazing stuff.

Luckily, I can hang with his light weight trap pulls though(8 plates per side)!
My traps have gotten nasty big working out with this guy!!

That doesn't look human. You need to have that drained or something. "It's not a tumor!"

When he actually works out yes he does. He is still dealing with healing from his recent back surgery. He has a friend and fellow body builder, his name is Gus Carter, but he trains this rich kid from Martin HS, and this kid has gone from, shrimp to some serious muscle in the past year. Its all natural though, he is isn't bulging and freak looking, but its cool to see how good old fashion hard work pays off.

here is some of gus and ronnie at my gym. The white guy in the second pick has helped me a lot of learning to lift correctly. He is at Vietnam Vet, and one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He owns Nutrition Nation.
