I have been doing this for my workout for the past 6 months, and I have debated on changing it up.
Monday: Arms/ Cardio
Tuesday: Chest/abs
Wednesday: rest/cardio
Thursday: legs/abs
Friday: Shoulders/back/cardio
Saturday: legs/ abs
Sunday: rest/ cardio
I am debating on switching it up to upper body M.W.F Lower body T.TH.S with keeping my abs and cardio in the mix alternating every other day.
Is anyone else doing this same plan?
