Really enjoy his books and blogs. I recently picked up his rapid fat loss book as one of his suggestions for holiday "meals" is to do a short 4-5 day rapid fat loss or psmf type diet. His Rapid Fat Loss book is a 12 day diet, but I modified it to just 4-5 days and still took in carbs pre/post workout (5 and 11) and have seen great results.
