    i got these and tried half a pill.. i also did diet with better food.. i did the pill for 2 weeks and lost almost 10lbs.. now i was off a week and now start back for 2 weeks...

      I used to take it, and still cycle it along with my current 'program' and it's nuts if you aren't careful. There were times I felt like I was moving 100mph and I was sitting completely still. lol Most work I've ever gotten done before was on that though. ha Be careful with it and good luck, that shit does work. Just make sure to eat better and work out. THat combination will shread pounds like you won't believe.

            I did notice that my feet were always cold while on it. I'm down 50lbs from last year and making changes and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week and eating a ton better. Just make sure you eat because there were times I felt like I could have gone all day with out eating a bite. Not good though.

              i drink about 3 bottles of water a day in about 10hrs.

                ive lost about 13lbs, and this was through the holidays. im not taking the diet pills anymore.. im jogging short distances when i stop for work breaks but i thought id see a big difference in the weight.. no sodas and im eating alot better... how much should i jog or should i jog?
