While fruit has its place in a healthy diet, cutting doesnt really require a lot. And there are better fruits to be had to support fat loss goals - stick to berries, if possible blueberries - 1 serving at breakfast is what I did to start and now I am at 1/2 a serving which is 70g blueberries. A serving of fruit is whatever equals 15g carbs.

You should pick up a sixpackbag, they are great for traveling.

Soluble fibers slow digestion and makes you feel fuller longer.

Sources of soluble fiber: oatmeal, oat cereal, lentils, apples, oranges, pears, oat bran, strawberries, nuts, flaxseeds, beans, dried peas, blueberries, psyllium, cucumbers, celery, and carrots.

I never knew how the FDA broke that down.
          Thanks!

          I too second this idea!
The problem that I had with them was the price($70-$100...and you can find 10% off coupons online, but regardless...still pricy)!

You can make something very similar and save a few bucks with a little preparation, a nice cooler($30), Tupperware($10), and some gel packs($10).

Sometimes there is just no answer except for a lifestyle change. There isn't always a 'workaround'.

Apparently dieting doesn't work so just change what you eat.

Seriously though, pick a bunch of healthy snacks throughout the day. Peanuts, sunflower seeds. Eat light meals. Peanuts have a decent amount of fat, but it's not saturated fat and as long as you're not eating a lbs of them a day, you'll be fine. If you're stuck in a truck all day the key will be to keep your metabolism up. Without some type of exercise though you're gonna see limited if any results. Like ^^^This guy said...could involve a lifestyle change.

Or smoke crack. I guess that's kind of a lifestyle change too, though.

I actually don't know that the FDA does, my trainer did though. He specified that in the beginning of my plan.

USDA says that a serving of fruit is a 1/2 cup or a single medium sized fruit such as an apple/banana. I don't think the FDA defines it.

I think 15g sugar would be a fairly close measurement.

I thought that trainers are a waste of money?

As I said, most are. Mine happens to be among the 1% - I've also never met him. I am 100% completely accountable for my workouts, I don't have some guy putting weight on my barbell or half-ass watching/training me.
