Soluble fibers slow digestion and makes you feel fuller longer.
Sources of soluble fiber: oatmeal, oat cereal, lentils, apples, oranges, pears, oat bran, strawberries, nuts, flaxseeds, beans, dried peas, blueberries, psyllium, cucumbers, celery, and carrots. An invasion of armies can be resisted, but not an idea whose time has come.

The problem that I had with them was the price($70-$100...and you can find 10% off coupons online, but regardless...still pricy)!
Six Pack Fitness bags and products are the perfect way to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. With thoughtful storage design and patented meal storage, you can easily take your food and gear with you wherever you go.
You can make something very similar and save a few bucks with a little preparation, a nice cooler($30), Tupperware($10), and some gel packs($10).

Apparently dieting doesn't work so just change what you eat.
Seriously though, pick a bunch of healthy snacks throughout the day. Peanuts, sunflower seeds. Eat light meals. Peanuts have a decent amount of fat, but it's not saturated fat and as long as you're not eating a lbs of them a day, you'll be fine. If you're stuck in a truck all day the key will be to keep your metabolism up. Without some type of exercise though you're gonna see limited if any results. Or smoke crack. I guess that's kind of a lifestyle change too, though."Any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are pointless." - Ron Swanson
